Incredible service! As a new potential investor for a buy-to-let property, it's hard to know where to begin and to make sure you do things correctly. Butterfly Lettings have been absolutely fantastic. I've had numerous phone calls with them, emails, and a face-to-face meeting. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have gone above and beyond to answer all the questions I've had. A company that really puts customer service and relationship building first. From a verified reviewer: I came into a new county looking for a place to rent. I had my preferences and kept getting rejected by landlords in the places I had viewed. Even as professional who was sure I could afford the rent comfortably, I was still rejected a lot of time. I was hopeless. It felt like my skin colour was also judged.
As advised, I reached out to many letting agencies to express my request and ask if they can reach back to me if there are any properties for rent available which meets up with my preferences.
BUTTERFLY LETTINGS through a sweet lady Phoebe was the only agency that got back to me and always called me to ask if I have seen a place.
It's the way she takes her time to call and help me look for a place that made me promise to take my time and write this review. They gave me hope again 😊.
I later found a place and even though it was not with butterfly lettings, I was surprised to get another call from this agency recently via Phoebe to ask if I have found a place. I told her I have found a place and she expressed her happiness that I have finally found a place. Not minding it was not with them.
Their professional services is top-notch and I will encourage people to patronise this agency as they seem to be sincere and treat their clients as family.
