From start to finish the service we received from Becky and Mark was excellent. We loved dealing with an independent agent, as when we spoke to them we spoke to the owners of the business.
They gave good sound advice, thinking of our needs first and then made us feel as if we were the only clients they were dealing with.
The market was tough but after a short space of time they found our buyer, the right buyer who wanted the house for the right reasons. So upon reflection, we must assume that they listened to the buyers and their needs to match them with the right property for them.
The deal went through in just under two months with regular feedback all the time even on Sundays in some instances!
We are eternally grateful to Butterfly as the reason for sale was due to the owner going into care and so there were emotions above the normal sale, that were handled with tact, understanding and diplomacy.
Thank you Butterfly Homes we have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody.
