I spent many years with Hammond & Stratford, where I built extensive experience in residential sales and developed a real understanding of the Norfolk property market, from preparing homes for sale and agreeing offers through to keeping sales moving towards completion.
When we created Butterfly Homes, I wanted to bring that experience into an independent agency where we could offer a genuinely personal service. For me, that means being approachable, giving honest advice and making sure our clients always know what’s happening throughout their move.

Just straightforward advice and a genuine approach
Before estate agency, I worked at Center Parcs selling beauty products. I remember thinking, if I can sell a £99 moisturiser, surely I can sell a house! In 2010, with the property market recovering from the financial crash, I told my parents I was going to become an estate agent. They weren’t convinced, but I said, “Watch me, I can do it!” And here we are.
No two days are the same and you never quite know what you’re going to get when you pick up the phone! Estate agents don’t always have the best reputation, so I love going the extra mile and hopefully changing people’s perception of what an estate agent can be.
We spend a lot of time outdoors as a family, whether that’s biking, beach days or crabbing at Walberswick or Wells. I also love just being at home, pottering about in the garden and cutting the lawn. And with Archie being a bit of a daredevil, we spend plenty of time anywhere with rides.
