I co-founded Butterfly Homes with a simple goal, to provide a better, more personal and more honest estate agency service for people moving home in Norwich and across Norfolk.
With over 20 years of experience across residential sales and lettings, I’ve spent my career working in the Norfolk property market. Before founding Butterfly Homes, I spent many years with Dragonfly Lettings, where I grew the business into one of Norfolk’s leading independent letting agencies.
Norfolk has always been home, giving me an unrivalled knowledge of the area and its communities. I’ve built my career on that local knowledge, strong relationships and doing the right thing for our clients.

I’ve always been a people person, and that’s probably what drew me to lettings in the first place. I liked that it wasn’t just about property; it was about getting to know landlords, helping tenants find a home and dealing with whatever each day threw at you. I started over 20 years ago and worked my way up through the industry, eventually growing Dragonfly Lettings before starting Butterfly
I enjoy the problem-solving side of estate agency. There’s always something to sort out, and I like being the person who finds a solution and gets things moving again. But the best part is making people happy, whether that’s finding a great tenant for a landlord, helping someone secure their new home or simply taking the stress out of a difficult situation.
Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan, especially F1, and I enjoy playing snooker and pool whenever I get the chance. I’m also surprisingly happy behind the wheel of the tractor cutting the field, which is a good way to switch off after a busy week. More importantly though, I love spending time with Becky and Archie, whether we’re having a day out, going away somewhere or just enjoying time together at home.
