Megan grew up in North Walsham before spending four years at university in Cambridge. After graduating, she returned to Norfolk and has called Norwich home since 2017.
She started her career in hospitality, working her way up to a supervisor role, before moving into the fire industry in 2020 where she worked in account management and contract support. Both roles gave Megan plenty of experience working with people, staying organised and making sure things get done properly.
Megan joined Butterfly Homes in April 2026 as part of our Lettings Team and has quickly settled into life at Butterfly. Friendly, organised and always willing to get stuck in, she supports the day-to-day running of our managed properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors.
Still relatively new to the property industry, Megan has thrown herself into learning the role and is building her knowledge and experience every day. She’s become a brilliant part of the team and we’re excited to see her career in property develop with Butterfly.

I love the variety and that no two days are ever quite the same. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, so getting to know our landlords and tenants while learning more about property every day is something I really enjoy.
Following Norwich City! I’m a massive fan and go to every match I can, so if City are playing, there’s a good chance you’ll find me at Carrow Road, cheering them on through the highs and lows.
When I’m not watching Norwich City, I love spending time with my tabby cat, Bella, and going to quiz nights with friends and family. We’re still waiting for that winning night!
